TEMARY

Main objective of the course: Recognize and become aware of our Body Language, to modify behaviors, persuade and inspire people to take action, be able to communicate effectively and prevent inconvenient situations.

MODULE 1: Introduction to Body Language.

1.1 Expose the theory of Body Language and list concepts to better recognize customers.

MODULE 2: Lie detection and its interpretations applied to sales and negotiation.

  1. 2.1  Demonstrate the "alpha and beta" postures of Body Language to communicate and interact conveniently with clients, and thus identify the postures and their meaning.

  2. 2.2  Define what a manipulator is, register 3 of these, learn to interpret them to detect lies and negotiate more efficiently.

  3. 23  List signs of lies, as well as expose their interpretation to justify and formulate judgments that may be appropriate at the time of a sale and/or a negotiation with a client.

  4. 2.4  Name and detect the different positions of the eyes to better understand the interested party and identify lies, in order to deduce their meaning in a client and verify the facts of the situation.

MODULE 3: Correct greetings and ways to better empathize with the client.

  1. 3.1  List the different types of greetings to present a better impression towards customers.

  2. 3.2  Highlight the efficient greeting, show the greetings that should not be used and evaluate which way of greeting is the best in some specific situations.

  3. 3.3  Recognize the correct way to empathize, learn which cues are the best

    to communicate with the customer and identify the signs, when a customer pays attention to you and when not. (It is important to know this in order to recover the customer's attention, and thus the sale is more effective)

 

MODULE 4: Improving communication with the consumer.

  1. 4.1  Know how to communicate information in a better way and thus, know if the client is assertive to what is said.

  2. 4.2  Learn to identify if the customer is interested in the product or service that is being offered.

  3. 4.3  Transmit the best version of the product and/or service that can be offered to the consumer.
