Motivation tracking is  aimed at companies and individuals seeking to improve their motivation and self-esteem, their  short-term and long-term goals in order to transform  true leaders capable of achieving commitment.


Motivation promotes a personal transformation that will serve as the basis for improving  the self-esteem,  this approach promises short-term and long-term results  giving participants a deep sense of responsibility, which drives them to evolve and seek solutions proactively on an ongoing basis  to avoid complaining  and procrastinate so that they become aware and take action on the goals they want to achieve.

in follow up  We will see topics of transformational leadership, self-esteem,  effective communication and conflict management, management of  time, creativity and innovation, organization,  decision making and emotional intelligence.

 

The follow -up will be carried out  via  cell phone (calls and WhatsApp), during the monitoring will be delegated  different tasks  daily  which will keep  to the person in constant motivation. Coach Christopher Ehrli,  will be aware of the entire process and encouraging the person so that they can achieve  its objectives.

 

Objective:

Become aware of our true potential to maintain ourselves with good self-esteem and motivation,  act according to a set plan, and so  engaged to  implement all the techniques and achieve the goal.
