in follow up We will see topics of transformational leadership, self-esteem, effective communication and conflict management, management of time, creativity and innovation, organization, decision making and emotional intelligence.
The follow -up will be carried out via cell phone (calls and WhatsApp), during the monitoring will be delegated different tasks daily which will keep to the person in constant motivation. Coach Christopher Ehrli, will be aware of the entire process and encouraging the person so that they can achieve its objectives.
